You don’t have to do this alone. Here, we move slowly, untangling food struggles and rebuilding trust with your body—together.
Nourishment without rules. Support without judgment. A space where you can begin to feel at home in your body again.
Bri specializes in the treatment of eating disorders/disordered eating in adolescents and adults, providing compassionate, evidence-based care that supports a healing relationship with food and body.
Bri's passion for eating disorder care is rooted in her cumulative years of experience at a leading eating disorder treatment center, where she has served in multiple dietary and leadership roles, including her current position as Program Director. Through this work, she has witnessed firsthand the gaps that many individuals face when transitioning from higher levels of eating disorder care to outpatient support, thus creating EBN.
Let's chat! I would love to get to know you and hear the ways I can be of support!
If it feels like a match, you can book your initial session with me—I'd be honored to support you.
Before we meet, you’ll be invited to complete a few intake forms at your own pace. These help me begin to understand your background and needs, so we can use our time together in a way that feels thoughtful, supportive, and centered on you.
This 75-minute initial session is a soft place to begin. A space where I get to know you—your story, your experiences, and what kind of support you’re needing right now. Together, we’ll gently explore what healing could look like for you and begin shaping goals that feel supportive, realistic, and aligned. I’ll be right there with you, offering guidance every step of the way.
Black, Brown, Indigenous People of Color often face barriers receiving care for disordered eating/eating disorder.
I'm here to break that barrier.
I take a Health at Every Size® (HAES) approach and incorporate Intuitive Eating principles to support a gentler, more attuned relationship with food and your body.
I’m committed to offering accessible, compassionate care based on each person’s needs. Sliding scale options are available and can vary—let’s connect to talk through what might work best for you and explore your options together.
You may have heard the terms eating disorder and disordered eating—and wondered where you fit. The truth is, both exist on a spectrum, and your experience doesn’t have to meet a specific label to matter.
Disordered eating can look like feeling stuck in cycles with food, constant thoughts about what or how much to eat, or feeling guilt, stress, or overwhelm around your body. Eating disorders are more clinically defined, but both deserve care, attention, and support.
I don’t directly accept insurance at this time, but I can provide a superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement. If you’re unsure how this works, I’m happy to help guide you through it.
Sessions take place virtually, allowing you to show up just as you are—in a space that feels safe, familiar, and comfortable to you.
There’s no set timeline for how long we’ll work together. Your care is guided by your needs, your goals, and your pace. We’ll move step by step, and adjust as your journey unfolds.
